We don't need geniuses to tell us corporations have an over proportionate influence on politics because of the way in which the lobbying processes is set up, with corporate America getting their "publicly" endorsed candidate's campaigns paying enormous concessions once those candidates are in office. Nor to tell us that the limited consumer freedom at regular markets pushes us to buy products that are harmful to the environment and  produced in slavery conditions. That the fact that inflation has superseded wage's growth in the pass four decades limits all the more that consumer freedom. That the schema of local business is outdated as a consequence of trying to still sell overpraised products to under-waged workers since the only way to keep prices down is to try to keep costs down and so try to find the cheapest labor all around the world. That the lack of a global compatible labor laws allows not only to find cheap workers but unprotected ones, too. That there is no real interest in creating such a system of inter-compatible blue collar labor laws because corporations created the necessity of international penal codes to protect white collar workers interests. We need geniuses to tell us how to construct a system where there is enough freedom to purse personal endeavors without psychopathic institutions as means.
