I recall that after that final [US Open 2005], Andre [Agassi] said “I been disappointed in the past [when loosing], but I loved matches like this. This time I’m really not, because at some point or another you have to admit the obvious, that is, that you are losing to a better player.” Having played against Sampras, Becker, Edberg, Lendl and McEnroe as well, that is quite a statement.
